Sweep Date definition

Sweep Date. The cut off date and time for receiving instructions for transactions to be processed on the next Trade Date.
Sweep Date means the date established by the responsible Named Fiduciary as the cutoff date and time for the responsible Named Fiduciary to receive notification with respect to a financial transaction for an Accounting Period in order to be processed with respect to a Trade Date designated by the responsible Named Fiduciary (or, with respect to a specific Employee group, as may be provided in an Appendix).
Sweep Date means the date established by the Committee as the cutoff date and time for the Committee to receive notification with respect to a financial transaction in order to be processed with respect to a Trade Date.
