SVOD means VOD pursuant to a business model based upon a Subscription Service.

SVOD means the delivery of multiple programs to a subscriber in response to the request of such subscriber (i) for which the subscriber is charged a recurring fee and/or periodic (e.g., monthly) fee for the right to receive such programming, and is not charged a per-program(s) or per-exhibition(s) fee, (ii) the exhibition start time of which is at a time specified by the subscriber in its discretion, and (iii) which may or may not be advertising supported.
