Sustainability Structuring Agents means ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo Securities, LLC and one or more of the Joint Lead Arrangers or another financial institution selected by the Borrower.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Borrower and each other Loan Party hereby waives and releases any claims that it may have against the Administrative Agent, the Sustainability Structuring Agents, the Lenders and the Arrangers with respect to any breach or alleged breach of agency or fiduciary duty in connection with any aspect of any transaction contemplated hereby.

In addition, the Administrative Agent, the Sustainability Structuring Agents and the Lenders may disclose the existence of this Agreement and customary information about this Agreement to market data collectors, similar service providers to the lending industry and service providers to the Agents and the Lenders in connection with the administration of this Agreement, the other Loan Documents, and the Revolving Commitments.
Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Arrangers, Co-Syndication Agents, Co-Documentation Agents, or Senior Managing Agents or Sustainability Structuring Agents listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, a Lender or the L/C Issuer hereunder.

Sustainability Structuring Agents means ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo Securities, LLC and Citigroup Global Markets, Inc. or such other entities appointed to such role in accordance with Section 4.17(h).
