Suspended Covenants has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.19.

Examples of Suspended Covenants in a sentence

  • If and while the Issuer and its Restricted Subsidiaries are not subject to the Suspended Covenants, the Notes will be entitled to substantially less covenant protection.

  • After any such notice of the occurrence of a Reversion Date, the Trustee shall assume the Suspended Covenants apply and are in full force and effect.
