Surviving Dependent definition

Surviving Dependent means each individual who immediately prior to the Distribution Date was enrolled in the NiSource Consolidated Flex Medical Plan or NiSource Post-65 Retiree Medical Plan as a surviving dependent of a Deceased Business Employee.
Surviving Dependent means a person who is your Spouse, Domestic Partner or any of your Children at the time of your death.

More Definitions of Surviving Dependent

Surviving Dependent means a surviving spouse or child of a peace officer or firefighter who is killed in the line of duty;
