The provisions of Sections 1 (Definitions), 2.4 (Other Restrictions), 3 (Fees and Payment), 4 (Term; Termination), 6 (Intellectual Property), 7 (Confidential Information), 9 (Limitation of Liabilities; Disclaimer), 10 (Indemnification), 12 (Miscellaneous), 13 (Governing Law), 14 (Arbitration), 15 (Survival) and 17 (Government Terms) will survive expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reason.
Notwithstanding the termination of this Agreement or expiry of the term of this Agreementin accordance with its terms, Clause 7 (Indemnification), Clause 14 (Rights Cumulative and No Waiver), Clause 15 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction), Clause 16 (Dispute Resolution), Clause 17 (Notices), Clause 18 (Confidentiality) and Clause 21 (Survival) shall survive such termination and expiry of the term.
The provisions of Sections 2 (Fees and Payment), 3 (Term; Termination), 4.1.3 (Technology Restrictions), 5 (Intellectual Property), 6 (Confidential Information), 8 (Limitation of Liabilities; Disclaimer), 9 (Indemnification), 11 (Miscellaneous), 12 (Governing Law), 13 (Arbitration), 14 (Survival) and 16 (Government Terms) will survive expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reason.
Survival of this clause This clause survives termination of this agreement.
