survey mark definition

survey mark means any mark or object, erected, made, employed or specified by a Survey Officer to indicate or determine or assist in determining the position or level of any point or points;
survey mark means, for the purposes of this Code, a mark erected for purposes of cadastral survey of land ;
survey mark means cairn, beacon, structure, trigonometrical station, post, peg, block, plug, tube, pipe, spike, pole or other survey mark of whatsoever material composed.

survey mark means any trigonometrical station, fundamental benchmark, bench mark, boundary beacon, peg, picket mark or pole, whether above or below the surface of THE ground, which is fixed, placed or set up by, or under the direction of a surveyor for the purpose of any survey under this Act;
survey mark means any mark placed in accordance with these Directions or shown on a plan of a survey.
survey mark means and includes any boundary mark or other mark and any beacon established and fixed by survey;
