Supported Platform definition

Supported Platform means the hardware and software platforms that operate with the Software, as expressly set forth in the Documentation.
Supported Platform means the hardware and software platforms (e.g., database server systems, application server systems, and client systems) that are supported by Siebel as expressly set forth in the Documentation. The requirements for the Supported Platform are subject to change as specified by Siebel in its discretion with ninety (90) days prior written notice to Customer or Distributor.
Supported Platform means a Computer or platform that functions with the Software and components contemplated for use with the Software. Changes to any of the foregoing that break compatibility or inhibit the functionality of the Software, unless authorized by the Documentation, do not constitute a Supported Platform.

Examples of Supported Platform in a sentence

  • Customer agrees to allow Xxxx to use remote access tools, with the participation and under the supervision of a Customer Contact, to access the Licensed Products in the Supported Platform and modify its configuration as part of Uila Error determination and resolution activities.

  • Customer is responsible for the proper training of the Customer Contacts and all other appropriate personnel in the operation and use of the Software and the Supported Platform.

  • Customer is responsible for undertaking the proper supervision, control and management of Customer's use of the Licensed Products including, but not limited to: (i) providing, maintaining and assuring proper configuration of the Supported Platform; and (ii) following industry standard procedures for back-up of configuration.

  • Resolution activities may include access to Customer's personnel and/or remote access to the Supported Platform.


More Definitions of Supported Platform

Supported Platform is defined to mean a Linux operating system with the system architecture of x86 & x86_64 which is the only platform on which Company may run or install the Supported Software for which Support Services are being provided under this Agreement.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Siebel shall have the right to make new versions of the Licensed Software generally available on any Supported Platform, at Siebel's sole discretion, without providing any prior notice to Customer or Distributor.
