Examples of Supported Environment in a sentence
Customer is responsible for undertaking the proper supervision, control and management of its use of the Supported Programs, including, but not limited to: (a) assuring proper Supported Environment configuration, Supported Programs installation and operating methods; and (b) following industry standard procedures for the security of data, accuracy of input and output, and back-up plans, including restart and recovery in the event of hardware or software error or malfunction.
Customer is responsible for proper training of the Support Contacts and all other appropriate personnel in the operation and use of the Software and the Supported Environment.
Resolution activities may include access to Licensee's personnel and/or remote access to the Supported Environment.
Mindjet warrants that the media on which the Software is distributed, if applicable, will be free from defects, and that the Software shall conform substantially to the description in its Documentation when used in a Supported Environment for the first thirty (30) days of the License Term, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Instead, Mindjet warrants that the Software provides the functionalities set forth in the accompanying Documentation (the "agreed upon functionalities") for the limited warranty period following receipt of the Software when used in a Supported Environment.
