Support Contact definition

Support Contact is the individual designated in the Order as the license holder.
Support Contact means designated Customer personnel with Cloudera Support Portal accounts and Cloudera Certifications in both Cloudera’s Administration and Development courses.
Support Contact means the person authorized by Customer on the Support Registration Form to communicate with TRIARQ to request and receive the Support. The Support Contact may be Customer’s employee or an agent or consultant who provides Support directly to Customer. The Support Contact should be knowledgeable about how the Maintained Software is being used and about the computer/operating system on which Maintained Software is executed.

  • End User will provide Vocera in writing with the name and contact information of each Designated Support Contact and will notify Vocera promptly of any changes in End User’s list of Designated Support Contacts.

  • For Developer Support, you will receive one (1) Developer Support Contact and may purchase additional Developer Support Contacts.

  • A Designated Support Contact should have an understanding of the Product components and features (such is as obtained through attending Vocera training courses), have a working knowledge of wired and wireless networks, and End User’s Operating Environment.

More Definitions of Support Contact

Support Contact means designated Customer personnel with DataRobot Support Portal account.
Support Contact means a person(s) Customer designated to act as a liaison between Customer and Athena for technical support services provided under Sections 10 and 11 of this Agreement.
Support Contact means any individual authorized by Client to use the Support Services, e.g., to open support requests and contact OpenNMS support personnel. Support Services may only be requested and accessed by Support Contacts, and Client’s accounts on OpenNMS’s online support portal may only be assigned to and used by Support Contacts.
Support Contact means a single named individual that is authorized to contact D2iQ to make use of the Support Services. “Supported Cluster” means clusters running Licensed Software subject to this Agreement.
Support Contact means a single named individual that is authorized to contact Speedment to make use of the Support Services.
Support Contact means the authorized individual(s) registered with the BrightWork Technical Support Team with whom BrightWork may communicate when providing Support Services. The Support Contact may be Licensee (if an individual) or an employee or a consultant of Licensee. Licensee agrees to ensure that each Support Contact will be reasonably knowledgeable about the technical aspects of the use of the Software and its operating environment.
Support Contact means Authorized Users registered in the DataRobot Support Portal account.
