Support Call definition

Support Call means a telephone call or email notification from Licensee to Turbonomic in respect of a Severity 1, Severity 2, Severity 3 or Severity 4 Error.
Support Call means any communication by IMed to CCS that alleges deficiencies related to the identity, quality, durability, reliability, safety, effectiveness, or performance of a device after it is released for distribution. This includes assistance requested by IMed in usage of the Software Product.

Support Call. The provision of assistance to a person in resolving an issue relating to the Software, the Hosting Services and/or the SaaS Services. System Administrator: The person responsible for IT related issues within the Customer’s business. Underlying Systems: The IT solutions, systems and networks (including software and hardware) used by XXX to provide the Hosting Services or SaaS Services, including any TSI Group or third party solutions, systems and networks used by XXX to provide the Hosting Services or SaaS Services.
Support Call or “Ticket” means a telephone call or placement of a support ticket from Customer to VENTURE.co in respect of a Severity 1, Severity 2, or Severity 3 Error.
Support Call means the reporting of an Incident to Eloquent by the Client.
