Support and Maintenance Fees means the annual fees customers pay to Nuix in order to receive telephone and email support as well as bug fixes and version upgrades.

In case you enter into several License Agreements or Addendums 1, combining multiple license types, the Support and Maintenance Fees will be pro-rated so that the coverage periods for the several licenses covered by this Addendum 2 will coincide.

More Definitions of Support and Maintenance Fees

Support and Maintenance Fees means the fees paid by Licensee in consideration for the support and maintenance to be provided by Cyfluent to Licensee in accordance with Exhibit B- Terms and Conditions of Government Purchase Order attached to this Agreement.
