The Licensee shall comply with the relevant provisions of the Supply Meter Point Agreement.
Each Trading Party shall co-operate with the other Trading Parties in connection with the provision of Transfer Reads under this Section 5.3.4. In particular, each Trading Party that is responsible for a Related Water Supply Meter shall carry out and submit a Transfer Read when requested to do so by the Incoming Licensed Provider.
Other Charges include administration charges at Connected System Exit Points, Shared Supply Meter Points and Interconnectors.

This will require the Supply Meter to incorporate a port (Interface) capable of indicating a pulse representing a discrete amount of gas (usually 0.1, 1, 10, 100 or 1000 units) dependent on the make and size of meter, being a port on the Supply Meter providing such indication by cyclic changes in the electrical resistance across such port or otherwise (including but not limited to ports known as 'R5').
Where a shipper has left a Supply Meter physically connected to the Transporter's network following a UNC Isolation and Withdrawal, 12 months after the effective Withdrawal, the Transporter must take action to disable the flow of gas where the shipper has not undertaken a physical disconnection of the meter.
