Supply Date definition

Supply Date means the date on which Crown Gas & Power becomes the Registered Supplier or the Installation Date whichever is the earlier.
Supply Date means the date that we agree to start to supply you with electricity under this contract; and
Supply Date means the first day of October 2020 or the date on which the End User begins to receive the Services under this Agreement;

  • The Licensor may terminate this Agreement on an anniversary of the Supply Date by giving to the Licensee not less than 90 days’ prior written notice.
