Supplier Solution definition

Supplier Solution means the Supplier's solution for the provision of the Services as referred to in paragraph 3.1 of the Order Form;

• These Acceptance Tests validate that the implementation of the Supplier Solution meets the overall technical, operational, performance and creative (where applicable) specifications.

• VDOT may, at its sole discretion, order from Supplier Solution Maintenance Services including new Software releases, updates and upgrades.
