Supplier Proposal means any acknowledgement, estimate, bid, quote, offer to sell, invoice, or proposal of Supplier relating to the supply of Goods and/or Services to SRCE, including any documents or information delivered by Supplier to SRCE in connection with a request for quotation, request for tender, request for proposal or similar process initiated by SRCE.
