Supplier Information definition

Supplier Information means, in relation to the Gas Supplier, all such documents and other information including:
Supplier Information means the information provided to us by You or the provider of Your Third Party Registration Number in connection with the Purchase Contract including Your name, trading name (if applicable), Australian Business Number, address, contact information, Third Party Registration Number and bank account information (account name, account number, BSB, name of bank and branch) for the receipt of payments.
Supplier Information means all information, other than information in published form or expressly designated by SUPPLIER as non-confidential, which is directly or indirectly disclosed to DISTRIBUTOR or embodied in Products provided hereunder, regardless of the form in which it is disclosed, relating in any way to SUPPLIER'S markets, customers, products, patents, inventions, procedures, methods, designs, strategies, plans, assets, liabilities, costs, revenues, profits, organization, employees, agents, distributors or business in general.

Supplier Information means information relating to:
Supplier Information means any software, documentation, data and/or other information (including any DERIVATIVE WORK prepared therefrom by SUPPLIER) which, i) as of the effective date of the applicable PROJECT ATTACHMENT, is either owned by SUPPLIER or a third party other than DGC or CUSTOMER, and ii) is delivered by SUPPLIER in fulfillment of its CONSULTING SERVICES obligations in the applicable PROJECT ATTACHMENT, but does not include any software or documentation which the parties identify on the applicable PROJECT ATTACHMENT as being licensed to DGC under provisions other than those set forth in this specific Exhibit.
Supplier Information means the Confidential Information of Supplier, its Affiliates and any Supplier Personnel;
Supplier Information all information expressly designated by Supplier as confidential, which is directly or indirectly disclosed to Distributor or embodied in Products provided hereunder, regardless of the form in which it is disclosed, relating in any way to Supplier’s markets, customers, products, patents, inventions, procedures, methods, designs, strategies, plans, assets, liabilities, costs, revenues, profits, organization, employees, agents, distributors or business in general.
Supplier Information includes, but is not limited to, names, phone numbers, addresses, email addresses, contract terms, pricing, credit terms, payment terms, shipping terms, and other information identifying facts and circumstances specific to the Supplier. The Employee understands and acknowledges that loss of any such supplier relationship or goodwill will cause significant and irreparable harm to the Company and/or Company Affiliate. Accordingly, the Employee agrees and covenants that during the term of the Employee’s employment with the Company, and for a period of three (3) years thereafter, beginning on the last day of the Employee’s employment with the Company, whether terminated for any reason or no reason, by the Employee or the Company, not to disclose or use Supplier Information for any purpose in violation of this PRA, and the Employee shall not directly or indirectly solicit, contact, or attempt to solicit or contact, using any other form of oral, written, or electronic communication, including, but not limited to, email, regular mail, express mail, telephone, fax, or instant message, or social media, including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram or Twitter, or any other social media platform, whether or not in existence at the time of entering into this PRA, or meet with the Company’s current, former, or prospective Suppliers for purposes of entering into contractual arrangements with such Suppliers similar to or competitive with those of the Company. However, it will not be deemed a violation of this PRA if the Employee merely updates the Employee’s LinkedIn profile, or connects with a covered Supplier on Facebook or LinkedIn, without engaging in any other substantive communication, by social media or otherwise, that is prohibited by this Section 6(d). This restriction shall only apply to: (i) Suppliers the Employee contacted in any way during three (3) years prior to the cessation of Employee’s employment with the Company; (ii) Suppliers about whom or which the Employee has Confidential Information; (iii) Suppliers who became Suppliers during the Employee’s engagement with the Company; and, or (iv) Suppliers about whom or which the Employee has information that is not available publicly.
Supplier Information means information relating to various suppliers of the Holding Company; (4) "Non-Competition Period” shall mean the period during which the President is employed by the Holding Company or its successor; and (5) “Competitive Business” shall mean any business engaged in the production, marketing or sale of ethanol or other biofuels or otherwise conducts the Business of the Holding Company.
Supplier Information means all information of whatever nature, however conveyed and in whatever form, including in writing, orally, by demonstration, electronically and in a tangible, visual or machine‑readable medium (including CD‑ROM, magnetic and digital form) prepared and/or created pursuant to the terms of any Call‑Off Contract by the Supplier or any of its Sub‑contractors in connection with the provision of Services pursuant to the terms of any Call‑Off Contract that relates to:- a Service User or Service Users the Interventions provided to/for the benefit of a Service User(s) the provision of Services pursuant to the terms of any Call‑Off Contract, including but not limited to: the Service User Action Plan including the Agreed Outcomes, the Activities and actions undertaken with and on behalf of a Service User (which includes direct work with the Service User and non‑contact activity such as liaison with third party providers), the End of Service Report and Ongoing Support Plan including Move on Steps and discussions, negotiations, and correspondence between the Supplier and/or Sub‑contractors and/or any of their directors, officers, employees, consultants or professional advisers in connection with the Service User(s) and/or the provision of Services pursuant to the terms of any Call‑Off Contract and relating to the Service User(s)
