Supplied Product means each of (a) the Initial Product and (b) the Once-Daily Product.

Supplied Product means the Illumina HLA Existing Products and the Illumina [...***...] Reagents.

Supplied Product has the meaning set forth in the Supply Agreement.

Examples of Supplied Product in a sentence

For purposes of importing the Supplied Product into the applicable country of destination, Purchaser shall be the importer of record for the Supplied Product and shall be responsible for complying with all customs requirements and import laws of the applicable country.
Producer shall package the Supplied Product for shipment in accordance with its customary practices therefor, unless otherwise specified in writing by Purchaser, in which event any extra cost incurred by Producer on account of changes requested by Purchaser shall be reimbursed by Purchaser.
Respondents shall bear all costs for this transfer including the cost to validate the Supplied Products at the changed facility and the costs for any changes in the specifications for any Supplied Product required by the FDA prior to the FDA’s granting approval to market such Product from the changed site of manufacture.
If Producer becomes aware that an employee, Subcontractor or employee of Subcontractor has been debarred and said person performed, in any capacity, services in connection with a Supplied Product, Producer shall promptly notify Purchaser of such person’s debarment.
For purposes of this Section 2.2, a Supplied Product shall be deemed purchased as of the time Producer receives the Firm Order associated with such Supplied Product in accordance herewith.

For clarity, any dosage strength of any Existing Product that is approved by the FDA after the Effective Date ([***]) shall not constitute a Supplied Product unless AstraZeneca agrees to produce it under Section 8.4.
