Supplemental Bonus definition

Supplemental Bonus means the right to receive payment in cash of an amount determined pursuant to Article IX of this Plan.
Supplemental Bonus means the supplemental bonus defined in the resolution of the Managers of the Company, dated August 31, 1998, as the same has been or may be amended in any subsequent resolution of the Manager of the Company or Managers of the Lender.

More Definitions of Supplemental Bonus

Supplemental Bonus means a bonus payable pursuant to Section 3.3.
