Supplemental Bonus definition

Supplemental Bonus means the right to receive payment in cash of an amount determined pursuant to Article IX of this Plan.

Supplemental Bonus means the supplemental bonus defined in the resolution of the Managers of Norcross Safety Products L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company ("NORCROSS"), dated August 31, 1998.

More Definitions of Supplemental Bonus

Supplemental Bonus means a cash payment made by the Company to a Participant in addition to a Bonus for an Award Period determined pursuant to Section 6(b) below.
