Supplemental Application means an application for certification for the construction and operation of an additional steam or solar electrical power generation unit and associated facilities to be located at a site which has been previously certified for an ultimate site capacity.

Supplemental Application means the application described in subsection (e) of section 13a-175u-5 of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies.

• Interest on any margin debt will accrue beginning the day credit is extended and is subject to the terms of the Supplemental Application for NFS Margin Account Privileges.

• For the avoidance of doubt, DOLE agrees and acknowledges that the issuance of a registration pursuant to any Supplemental Application shall not limit or otherwise derogate from any license rights granted to a DAL Party pursuant to this Agreement.

More Definitions of Supplemental Application

Supplemental Application means the application described in subsection (e) of Section 5 of these regulations.
