The University will provide to Agency, supervising practitioner, or building administrator a handbook or other documentation of program requirements and expectations. 3. The University will be responsible for verifying that each Student Practitioner has current, valid, IVP Arizona State level one fingerprint clearance and that such record is kept on file.
