Supervising Contractor definition

Supervising Contractor means the principal contractor retained by SDs to supervise and direct the implementation of the Work under this CD.
Supervising Contractor means the principal contractor retained by Settling Defendant to supervise and direct the implementation of the Work under this Consent Decree.
