Supervising authority definition

Supervising authority means the court in the case of a person who was subject to probation or who was not required to serve a period of supervision, or the State Parole Board in the case of a person who was under parole supervision.
Supervising authority means a local authority designated in accordance with the Regulations to supervise the Company; and
