Superior Lease(s) definition

Superior Lease(s) means all ground or underlying leases of the Real Property or the Building and all renewals, extensions, supplements, amendments and modifications thereof.
Superior Lease(s). Any ground or underlying lease of the Center, the Real Property or any part thereof heretofore or hereafter made by Landlord and all renewals, extensions, supplements, amendments, modifications, consolidations, and replacements thereof.
Superior Lease(s) shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.02A hereof.

More Definitions of Superior Lease(s)

Superior Lease(s) means those certain leases, subleases and agreements set forth on the schedule captioned “Superior Leases” to the ClosingAmendment Effective Date Certificate.

On or about December 4, 2014, the Project was subjected to the provisions of Article 9-B of the New York Real Property Law, thereby creating The East River Science Park Condominium (the “Condominium”) in accordance with that certain Declaration Establishing a Plan for Condominium Ownership of the Premises known as ▇▇▇-▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ Pursuant to Article 9-B of the Real Property Law of the State of New York, as the same may be further amended or otherwise modified (the “Condominium Declaration”). The units of the Condominium are sometimes referred to herein individually as a “Unit” and collectively as “Units.”
Superior Lease(s) means the LUL Lease, the TFL Leases, the Basement Car Park Lease and the Ground Floor Corridor Lease.
Superior Lease(s) means all ground or underlying leases of the Real Property or the Building heretofore or hereafter made by Landlord.
