Superintending Officer definition

Superintending Officer means the person indicated by name or by office in the letter accepting the tender and his successor in office or any other person from time to time appointed in writing by the Director.
Superintending Officer means the officer appointed by MOH to supervise and liaise with the Contractor for the purpose of this Agreement.
Superintending Officer means the person, firm or corporation appointed as such by the Employer for the purposes of administering the Contract between the Employer and the Contractor in respect of the Works.

More Definitions of Superintending Officer

Superintending Officer means the person, firm or corporation appointed as such by the Employer for the purposes of this Contract.
Superintending Officer s Representative (SO’s Rep)" means the persons as stated in Appendix to the Conditions or any other person or firm or corporation as prescribed by the Employer in the Appendix or from time to time authorised by the Superintending Officer under Clause 2.2 to exercise all or any of the powers of the Superintending Officer's Representative.
