The Superintending Officer shall give reasonable notice to the Contractor when he requires any part of the Works to be measured.
Except where otherwise provided in the Contract, the Contractor shall not sub-contract any part of the Works without the prior consent of the Superintending Officer.
The Superintending Officer shall evaluate and certify the reasonable sum consequent on or incidental to carrying out such work.
Any part of the Works which fails to pass the Test on Completion and any replacement item required under sub-clause 15.7(a) shall upon the instruction of the Superintending Officer be tested again at the Contractor's expense within a reasonable time after the instruction until the successful completion of the Test on Completion.
