Custodian will provide Client with prompt prior written notice, no shorter than one hundred and eighty (180) days’, before ceasing to support either Bitcoin, Ether, USDC, or SUI, unless Custodian is required to cease such support sooner to comply with Applicable Law or in the event such support creates an urgent security or operational risk in Custodian’s reasonable discretion (in which event Custodian will provide as much notice as is practicable under the circumstances).
Each Share issued in the initial offering of Shares will represent an amount of SUI as determined by the Sponsor.
Notwithstanding any of the foregoing, the SUI Custodian may accept delivery of SUI by such other means as the Sponsor, from time to time, may determine to be acceptable for the Trust.
On each day that the Exchange is open for regular trading, the Administrator adjusts the quantity of SUI represented by the Basket Deposit as appropriate to reflect accrued expenses and any loss of SUI that may occur.
