Suez means SUEZ, a French société anonyme with its headquarters in Paris, France, its successors and assigns, and its subsidiaries, divisions, groups, affiliates, partnerships and joint ventures, and their directors, officers, managers, agents, and employees. Suez is the proposed purchaser of the Divestiture Assets as identified by GE.
Suez means Suez S.A. or its affiliate that is contracting with Supplier in the Contract Document.
Suez means SUEZ WTS Services USA, Inc. (f/k/a GE Mobile Water, Inc.).
