Successor Servicer definition

Successor Servicer has the meaning specified in Section 3.07(e) of the Indenture.

Successor Servicer means any entity appointed as a successor to the Servicer pursuant to Section 8.02.

• Upon delivery of any such notice to the Issuer, the Issuer shall obtain a new servicer as the Successor Servicer under the Sale and Servicing Agreement.
