Substructure definition

Substructure means any pipe, conduit, tunnel, duct, manhole, vault, buried cable, or wire, or any other similar structures located below the surface of any public place.
Substructure means the portion structure below the floor/bed level of and the word “Superstructure” shall mean the portion of the structure from and above the level of floor or bed level of the structure.
Substructure means Abutments, Piers, their Foundations and protective works which form the Substructure supporting the Superstructure above.
