Substitute Options definition

Substitute Options means Options granted in assumption of, or in substitution for, outstanding options previously granted by a company acquired by the Company or with which the Company combines.
Substitute Options means Stock Options issued in assumption of or substitution for stock options issued by a company acquired by the Company or with which the Company combines.
Substitute Options shall have the meaning specified in Section 4(c).

  • Parent shall take all corporate action necessary to reserve for issuance a sufficient number of shares of Parent Common Stock for delivery upon exercise of Substitute Options pursuant to the terms set forth in this Section 2.04.
