Subsidiary(ies) definition

Subsidiary(ies) means any other corporation, association, joint stock company, business trust, limited liability company, partnership or any other business entity of which more than fifty percent (50%) of the outstanding voting stock, share capital, membership, partnership or other interests, as the case may be, is owned either directly or indirectly by any Person or one or more of its Subsidiaries, or the management of which is otherwise controlled, directly, or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, or both, by any Person and/or its Subsidiaries. Unless otherwise specified to the contrary herein or the context otherwise requires, Subsidiary(ies) shall refer to the Subsidiary(ies) of the Borrower.
Subsidiary(ies) means any corporation (other than the Company) in an unbroken chain of corporations, including and beginning with the Company, if each of such corporations, other than the last corporation in the unbroken chain, owns, directly or indirectly, more than fifty percent (50%) of the voting stock in one of the other corporations in such chain.
Subsidiary(ies) means, with respect to any Person, any business entity of which more than 50% of the outstanding voting stock or other equity interest is owned directly or indirectly by such Person and/or one or more other Subsidiaries of such Person;

Subsidiary(ies) means any corporation or other Person which is an entity with respect to which another specified entity either (i) has the power to vote or direct the voting of sufficient securities to elect a majority of the directors or managers of such Person, or (ii) owns a majority of the ownership interests of such entity.

Unless otherwise specified to the contrary herein, Subsidiary(ies) shall refer to the Company’s Subsidiary(ies).
Subsidiary(ies) means subsidiary of the Company as defined in the Companies Act, 2013
Subsidiary(ies) means: (a) subsidiary(ies) (dochtermaatschappij(en)) as defined in section 24a of Book 2; and
Subsidiary(ies) means any entity that is directly or indirectly controlled by the Company or any entity, including an acquired entity, in which the Company has a significant equity interest, as determined by the Plan Administrator, in his/her discretion.
