Subsidiary Note definition

Subsidiary Note the promissory note made by Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation, a Georgia corporation and a Subsidiary of the Company, in favor of the Company and evidencing the intercompany indebtedness owed from time to time by such Subsidiary to the Company.
