Subsidiary Documents definition

Subsidiary Documents is defined in Section 2.02.
Subsidiary Documents means (a) the Financing Agreement and (b) any other document to which the LIPA Subsidiary is a party relating to this transaction.
Subsidiary Documents means the certificate or articles of incorporation, certificate of formation, bylaws, limited liability company agreement, partnership agreement, joint venture or trust agreement, and any other organizational document or other agreement of any Enterprise, as applicable, including, without limitation, Cactus LLC.

Examples of Subsidiary Documents in a sentence

  • All such Company Charter Documents and Subsidiary Documents are in full force and effect and neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries is in violation of any of their respective provisions.
