Subsequent Warrant definition

Subsequent Warrant means any Note Warrant issued on the Issuance Date and which contains a Vesting Date (as defined therein).
Subsequent Warrant or “Subsequent Warrants” shall mean a warrant or series of warrants to purchase the aggregate number of shares of New Athletics Common Stock determined pursuant to Section 5.2 hereof, if applicable, to be issued to VPVP pursuant to the terms of Section 5.2 hereof, if applicable, which Warrant or Warrants, if issued, shall be executed and delivered in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Subsequent Warrant has the meaning specified in Section 2.3 below.

Warrants means the Initial Warrants and the Subsequent Warrant.
Subsequent Warrant has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(c)(ii).
Subsequent Warrant means the Common Stock purchase warrants delivered to the Purchaser on the Subsequent Closing Date in accordance with Section 2.4(b)(i)(B) hereof, which Subsequent Warrants shall be exercisable immediately and have a term of exercise equal to five years, in the form of Exhibit E attached hereto.
Subsequent Warrant means any warrant issued pursuant to the Credit Agreement in connection with the Delayed Draw Loan.
