This Agreement shall automatically renew for successive Subsequent Terms of one (1) year unless either party provides at least ninety (90) days advance written notice to the other that it elects to terminate this Agreement upon the expiration of the then-current Initial or Subsequent Term.
The initial period of the Contract and does not include any Subsequent Terms.
For Subsequent Terms, Member shall be invoiced annually, and payments shall be due within thirty (30) days of the date of invoice.
The Hourly Rates that will apply to any such new Service Types and/or Job Titles are subject to negotiation and, once approved and issued via Amendment to this Agreement, may not change with the exception of cost escalation as may be allowed in Subsequent Terms.
Service Work Orders may only be authorized during the Initial Term of this Agreement or any Subsequent Terms.
