In the event that there is a Foreclosure of such Mortgage in connection with which title or possession of the Hotel is transferred to the Mortgagee (or its designee) or to a purchaser at foreclosure or to a subsequent purchaser from the Mortgagee (or from its designee) (all of the foregoing shall collectively be referred to as “Subsequent Owners”), this Agreement may be terminated at the election of such Subsequent Owner as of the date of such Foreclosure or upon thirty (30) days notice.
