The closing of any transaction of purchase and sale made pursuant to the Subsequent Offer shall take place at the Place of Closing on the date (the “Date of Closing”) which is ( ) days after the acceptance of the Subsequent Offer.
The Offeree shall be entitled to accept the Subsequent Offer within ( ) days from the date upon which such notice was received by the Offeree.
If, during the time period provided in Section 5.1, the Offeree shall not have accepted the Subsequent Offer, then the Offeror shall be entitled to sell the Purchased Shares in accordance with the Initial Offer, provided that the transaction is completed not later than ( ) days following the last day on which the Offeree is entitled to accept the Subsequent Offer.
