Subsequent Event definition

Subsequent Event means a Subsequent Financing, a Sale Transaction, a Going Private Transaction, or June 30, 2001.
Subsequent Event means: an event which occurs subsequent to a Cut-off Date; or Information not known to Deloitte prior to a Cut-off Date.
Subsequent Event shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.9.
