Subsequent Advance definition
Subsequent Advance means any disbursement to or on behalf of Borrower after the initial Advance under the Advance Note or the Revolving Line of Credit Promissory Note pursuant to the provisions of Section 2.1 and Section 2.2 hereof.

This Agreement constitutes a grant of a security interest by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties in all Collateral which upon the filing of financing statements in the applicable jurisdictions and, in the case of Subsequent Receivables in connection with the applicable Subsequent Advance, shall be a first priority perfected security interest in all Collateral, subject only to Permitted Liens.
There shall be no Subsequent Advance upon the occurrence of any Termination Event or Amortization Event.

Subsequent Advance means each subsequent cash advance as set out in the Disclosure Statement and Subsequent Advances means the total of each Subsequent Advance you may borrow as set out in the Disclosure Statement.
