Subsequent Advance definition
Subsequent Advance means any disbursement to or on behalf of Borrower after the initial Advance under the Advance Note or the Revolving Line of Credit Promissory Note pursuant to the provisions of Section 2.1 and Section 2.2 hereof.

No Borrowing Base Deficiency shall have occurred and be continuing or would result immediately from the making of such Subsequent Advance.

Subsequent Advance means each subsequent cash advance as set out in the Disclosure Statement and Subsequent Advances means the total of each Subsequent Advance you may borrow as set out in the Disclosure Statement.
