Subscription Revenue shall include but shall not be limited to pay-per-programme revenue, “Advertising Revenue” shall include but shall not be limited to revenue in money or money’s worth from barter deals (the provision of programme material in return for advertising air time or any other form of on-air promotion), contra deals (the provision of goods or services in return for advertising air time or any other form of on- air promotion), and product or service placement (the showing of or reference to products or services in the Licensee’s Programmes), and “Sponsorship Revenue” shall mean any financial benefit (whether direct or indirect) derived by the Licensee from payments made by any person for the purposes of defraying or contributing towards the costs incurred or to be incurred in relation to any of the Licensee’s Programmes
Subscription Revenue means all of Borrower’s recurring subscription revenue (determined in accordance with GAAP); provided, however, that if Borrower, in Bank’s sole reasonable discretion, receives an unsatisfactory audit of Accounts or appraisal of Collateral, as outlined in Section 6.2(d), Bank may change the standards of eligibility by giving Borrower thirty (30) days’ prior written notice. Unless otherwise agreed to by Bank, “Subscription Revenue” shall not include subscription revenue from: (a) any account debtor that is subject to any Insolvency Proceeding, or becomes insolvent, or goes out of business, (b) any contract that is not renewed within thirty (30) days of such contract’s renewal date and (c) any recurring revenue from Accounts that the account debtor has failed to pay Borrower more than twenty-five percent (25%) of amounts due to Borrower under all of its contracts with Borrower within one hundred twenty (120) days of invoice date, in each case without Bank’s written consent.
Subscription Revenue. ’ means the dollar sum of fully executed contracts for our products and/or services to our customers that are subscription-based, typically sold with a one year period of service and recognized in our ‘‘Subscription Services’’ segmented revenue.
Subscription Revenue means all gross amounts recognized as revenue (in accordance with Microsoft’s normal accounting policies) and actually received by Microsoft, in U.S. Dollars, for subscription accounts to Xbox Live for use on Xbox 360 (excluding applicable sales, use, value-added and similar taxes) during a particular Accounting Period. Microsoft shall convert and recognize amounts received in currencies other than U.S. Dollars in accordance with its standard accounting practices.
