Subscription Request definition

Subscription Request means the request whereby the investor has become a unit holder in the Fund. “Offering” means the public offering for sale of the units in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. “Related Party” means either:

Examples of Subscription Request in a sentence

  • Paid Right Subscription Request will not be traded or transferred.

  • After payment has been received by the Company’s banker(s), the Right Securities will be credited into respective CDS Accounts within 14 business days from the last payment date, through which Right Subscription Request was initiated.

  • The minimum and maximum fee per Right Subscription Request Transaction shall be Rs. 10 and Rs. 100,000 respectively.
