Subscription Licenses definition

Subscription Licenses means the licenses of that name granted to the Customer by Deswik from time to time. This type of license is purchased in 6 month or 12 month increments with expiration dates based on Fees paid.

  • If Enrolled Affiliate is renewing Software Assurance or Subscription Licenses from one or more previous Enrollments or agreements, then the effective date will be the day after the first prior Enrollment or agreement expires or terminates.
