Submittal Date definition
Submittal Date means, with respect to an Invoice, the submittal date thereof to the Paying Agent. Invoices shall be submitted to Clay County Comptroller’s office (“Paying Agent”) by Email at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ or U.S. Mail at Clay County BOCC ▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ATTN: Accounts Payable with a copy to the Project Manager. All payments will be governed by the Local Government Prompt Payment Act, which provides that payments will be made not later than 45 days from receipt of proper invoice.
Submittal Date means, with respect to an Invoice, the submittal date thereof to the Paying Agent; and the term “Work” means the services rendered, or supplies, materials, equipment and the like constructed, delivered or installed under the Agreement. All payments for the Work shall be made by the County in accordance with the Act. Upon receipt of a proper Invoice, the County shall have 45 days in which to make payment.
