Submittal Date means the calendar date upon which NEWCO forwards, whether by mail, facsimile, electronically, carrier, or otherwise, a Registration dossier or NDA to appropriate government authorities.

Submittal Date means, with respect to an Invoice, the submittal date thereof to the Paying Agent; and the term “Work” means the services rendered, or supplies, materials, equipment and the like constructed, delivered or installed under the Agreement.
