Sublicensor definition

Sublicensor means the Seller under the Agreement as authorized by the Supplier to sublicense the Supplier Software to the operators of Airbus aircraft.

Sublicensor means a Party that has granted a Sublicense under rights granted to such Party under this Agreement.

Sublicensor shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble.

Examples of Sublicensor in a sentence

• Sublicensor hereby grants to Sublicensee a non-exclusive and non-transferable sublicense to use the Intellectual Property in connection with the issuance, distribution, marketing and/or promotion of the Products (as modified by Appendix A hereto, if applicable).

• The Sublicensee hereby agrees to be bound by the licensing terms and conditions applicable to such third party software and made available by the Sublicensor through AirbusWorld.

• Neither the Supplier nor the Sublicensor shall have any liability for data that is entered into the Supplier Software by the Sublicensee and/or used for computation purposes.
