Subject Policy definition

Subject Policy means, with respect to an Advance, an Eligible Policy proposed to be pledged by the Borrower in connection with such Advance.
Subject Policy means each policy of the Board in place as of the Signing Date that was in effect and applicable to the other directors (a copy of which was provided to the Investor on or prior to the Signing Date or was available on the Signing Date on ▇▇▇▇▇ or the Company’s website at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇), each subsequent policy of the Board required by Law that is in effect and applicable to all Non-Affiliated Directors, and each other subsequent policy of the Board unless such policy would have the effect of excluding the Investor Director named on Exhibit A from serving on the Board.
Subject Policy means (a) the Company’s Corporate Governance Principles, the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, and the Policy Regarding Special Trading Procedures, in each case, in effect as of the date hereof (as each may be amended, supplemented or restated after the date hereof) and (b) each subsequent policy of the Board, in the case of each of clauses (a) and (b), as required by applicable law that is in effect and applicable to all non-employee directors serving on the Board.
