Subject Interest definition

Subject Interest has the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.

• The expiration of a Subject Interest in accordance with the terms and conditions applicable thereto shall not be considered to be a voluntary surrender or abandonment thereof.

• Assignor shall make such payment to Assignee on the Quarterly Payment Date for the Computation Period in which Assignor receives the payment with respect to any such Transfer of the Subject Interest.
