Subject Documents definition

Subject Documents means all of the Finance Documents, the Charter and the Management Agreement (none to be amended, varied, supplemented or modified without the consent of the Lender), and together with any other instrument, document or memorandum, scheduled to any of the documents referred to above, and any notice, consent to acknowledgement referred to in or required pursuant to any of the documents referred to above and any document, instrument or memorandum which secures any of the obligations of the Borrowers or any of them under any of the Finance Documents or under any other Subject Document;
Subject Documents has the meaning set forth in the NBCU Sale and Contribution Agreement.
Subject Documents means all of the Finance Documents, the Approved Charter, the Purchase Documents and the Management Agreement (none to be amended, varied, supplemented or modified without the prior consent of the Lender, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld in relation to the Approved Charter) and together with (a) any other instrument, document or memorandum, scheduled to any of the documents referred to above, and (b) any notice, consent or acknowledgement referred to in or required pursuant to any of the documents referred to above and (c) any document, instrument or memorandum which secures any of the obligations of the Borrower under any of the Finance Documents or under any other Subject Document;

More Definitions of Subject Documents

Subject Documents means any and all documents, instruments and agreements previously, concurrently or hereafter executed by Obligor in favor of Bank, or between Obligor and Bank, which incorporate by reference an alternative dispute resolution agreement or another agreement providing for the resolution of Claims between or among the Parties by arbitration or judicial reference, any and all related documents, instruments and agreements, and any and all extensions, renewals, amendments, substitutions and replacements of any of the foregoing; and "Subject Document" shall mean any one of such Subject Documents.
Subject Documents means this Agreement, the other Security Documents, the Master Agreement, the MOA, the Building Contract, the Management Agreement and any and all documents executed or delivered pursuant to any one or more of these documents;
Subject Documents means the Credit Agreement, each Note payable to Assignor evidencing the Loans (or to evidence the Loans made pursuant to the Commitments) assigned hereunder, the Letter of Credit Documents and each Bond Collateral Document to which the Partnership is a party. Section 2.
