Subfield definition

Subfield means each of the identified SubFields listed on Exhibit G.

More Definitions of Subfield

Subfield means each subset of the Field consisting of a treatment/diagnosis/prevention/ of a particular disease or symptom in humans or animals (but excluding the Excluded Fields), on a Subfield-by-Subfield basis; for clarity, an Expansion to a particular Subfield is not a separate Subfield.
Subfield means a disease or condition, or set of related diseases or conditions, for which Regulatory Approval can be sought for a Licensed Product. For instance, “autoimmune disorders” and “metabolic disorders and obesity, and related disorders” are both Subfields.
