Subdivision Regulations definition

Subdivision Regulations means regulations made by the minister pursuant to section 125 or bylaws made by a council pursuant to section 126;
Subdivision Regulations means a municipal ordinance regulating the design and improvement of subdivisions enacted under the provisions of article 6.2 of this chapter, or any prior statute, regulating the design and improvement of subdivisions.

More Definitions of Subdivision Regulations

Subdivision Regulations means the regulations adopted by the governing body, as amended, pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 13-4-303, by which the municipality regulates the subdivision of land; and
