Subdivision Authority definition

Subdivision Authority means the Subdivision Authority established pursuant to the Act through the Town’s Subdivision Authority Bylaw;
Subdivision Authority. - means a Subdivision Authority established Pursuant to Section 623 of the Municipal Government Act. Council shall exercise Subdivision Authority powers on behalf of the Municipality;

  • For all other Permitted and Discretionary Uses, the minimum and maximum Parcel area requirements shall be determined by the Subdivision Authority.
